1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Conect waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not join our waitlist.

2. Waitlist Service

Conect is currently in development. By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in receiving early access to our social media management platform when it becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service, and we reserve the right to determine who receives early access.

3. Eligibility

To join our waitlist, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

4. User Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when joining the waitlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information you may receive in the future.

5. No Guarantee of Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee that you will receive early access to Conect. We reserve the right to:

• Select waitlist members for early access at our discretion
• Limit the number of early access users
• Modify or cancel the waitlist program at any time

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

• Notifications about early access availability
• Product updates and announcements
• Marketing communications (you can opt-out at any time)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Conect, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the waitlist for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the waitlist service
• Use automated systems to join the waitlist multiple times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the waitlist.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the waitlist or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the waitlist after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
